Mara is an Energy Expert and Project Officer at IEECP that coordinates and supports the development of EU projects centered on increasing the energy efficiency of buildings and reducing energy poverty in the EU.

Mara holds Masters degrees in Sustainable Development from Utrecht University and Sustainable Business Management from Karl-Franzens Universität Graz.

Since 2016, she has worked in renewable energy, events, policy, and research organisations to facilitate the adoption of sustainable practices and energy-efficient policies to support the energy transition.
