Anousheh is a Communications Expert at the Institute for European Energy and Climate Policy (IEECP), where she leads strategic communications for a few EU initiatives such as SEED MICAT and ODYSSEE-MURE.
She strategically makes complex data and policy insights—like those tracking EU energy efficiency trends and multiple benefits—accessible to policymakers, industry, and the public. She has also contributed her expertise to numerous LIFE and Horizon Europe projects, including SENSEI, ENPOR, Regio1st, Audit to Measure, NUDGE, ENSMOV Plus, NECPlatform, and newTRENDs. Across these efforts, Anousheh specializes in creating clear, impactful messaging that enhances stakeholder engagement and drives the adoption of sustainable energy solutions across Europe.
Anousheh holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Erasmus master’s degree in Urban Studies (4CITIES Programme). She worked as an intern in two European organisations, at Housing Europe and UIPI- International Union of Property Owners in Brussels. Prior to join IEECP, she was a Communications Manager at Energy Cities. She mainly worked on the European-funded projects (such as POWERPOOR, Syn.ikia, ENPOR, SmartEPC, HUB-IN, Decarb City Pipes, etc.) under the Horizon 2020 Programme. Besides, she was implementing and leading the internal and external outreach activities of the organisations.
