Petra is an Junior Expert in Building Sector in IEECP.

She graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Technology of the University of Zagreb, gaining a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering. After graduation, Petra started working in Regional Energy Agency North, dealing with various EU-funded projects, as well as with energy management and energy and climate strategies on local and regional levels. She has also earned the MBA title in Energy Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Business in Rijeka, which has provided her with comprehensive knowledge of economic, managerial, regulatory and geopolitical aspects of energy business.

Petra’s work as an Energy Efficiency, Environmental Protection and Spatial Planning Advisor in the Administrative Department of the City of Križevci, has allowed her to gain valuable experience in implementing EE and RES measures on the local level, thus becoming and expert in energy and climate monitoring, air quality management and EU projects implementation. Her passion for creating a sustainable future has led her to become a member of the local energy cooperative KLIK (Križevci Laboratory for Innovation in Climate).
