At IEECP, Jen is supporting the development of EU-funded projects on knowledge exchange and implementation of energy and climate-related policies by European public authorities.Her main focus is climate action planning and implementation at the local and regional levels.

Jen was involved in the H2020-funded project PROSPECT, in which she supported the development of the peer-to-peer learning programme, conducted research, and facilitated learning groups on the topic of innovative financing schemes for the energy transition.

She is experienced in teaching, communicating, researching, and coordinating projects and academic courses on urban sustainable development, governance, urban management and development, cities and climate change, and city-to-city learning.

Jen holds a MSc. in Urban Management and Development from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
