Ivan Sangiorgio holds Master’s Degree in Energy Engineering  (Politecnico di Milano, Italy) and worked in the field of residential energy efficiency in the private sector and in academic research in the area of microgrid systems modelling, renewable energy resource assessment and electricity demand-side modelling (Department of Energy, Politecnico di Milano).  During his research activity, he was involved in the Horizon 2020-funded LEAP-RE – SETADiSMA project. At IEECP, he is currently working in the area of Energy efficiency in commercial and industrial sectors for the DEESME2050, AUDIT2MEASURE and EUMORE projects.
