A compilation of several organisations providing practical solutions to combat the impact of spiraling energy prices and to overcome energy poverty.

A first edition of the handbook was released in 2016 with a view to examining the causes and effects of energy poverty, this new edition expands upon the findings of the original Energy Poverty Handbook to consider the best practices that can be employed to tackle the issue, in parallel with the causes and effects of energy poverty.

A launch event by the Greens/EFA Group of the European Parliament is organised on September 28, 2022.
