Natalia is a Junior Expert at the Institute for European Energy and Climate Policy (IEECP), contributing to projects on energy efficiency and sustainable infrastructure, including BETTED and U-TRACE. Her work supports capacity-building activities and monitoring and evaluation tasks through structured analysis, data structuring, and stakeholder-informed research, supporting evidence-based policy and programme implementation. 

She holds a Bachelor’s (BSc) and Master’s (MSc) degree in Civil Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and is currently completing her MSc in Management of Technology at TU Delft. She has applied experience in infrastructure engineering and industrial operations, with an analytical focus on problem structuring, process optimisation, and performance assessment in international environments.
