Amaryllis Perotti is a Junior Energy Expert at IEECP, working within the Energy and Consumers Cluster on the social impacts of the energy transition. Based in Brussels, her work focuses on assessing how energy policies affect consumers, particularly vulnerable households and micro-enterprises. She contributes to several Horizon and LIFE-funded projects, including ENERFIRST+ and ASSERT, and is involved in IEECP’s work on the Social Climate Plans. She also supports Phase II of Public Engagement for Emerging Energy Infrastructures under the International Energy Agency’s UsersTCP, where she explores public engagement/acceptance of CCS/CCUS, hydrogen, and advanced nuclear technologies. Alongside her professional work, Amaryllis served as COP30 Project Team Lead for YES-Europe, a Zurich-based youth organisation. In this role, she presented the COP30 Advocacy Roadmap at the UNFCCC SB62 session in Bonn in June 2025. She holds a First-Class degree in Political Science from the University of Aberdeen in the United Kingdom, where she was awarded Best Thesis. The prize reflected expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. She works in English, French, and Italian.
