The RENOVERTY project is looking for local actors and stakeholders interested in replicating tested solutions to reduce rural energy poverty — particularily through the renovation of energy-poor households. If you’re a municipality, energy agency, local action group, NGO, or other stakeholder, this is your chance to benefit from free support, exchange knowledge with others, and create impactful sustainable solutions and tailored to your region.
This call is open to participants from all European contries eligible for participation in the LIFE programme. Selected applicants will be supported through training, networking, and tools that have been developed and tested during the RENOVERTY project. There’s no obligation to adopt the full approach — you can apply for one or more actions, depending on your needs.
What We Offer
- Online Training Platform
Free access to all RENOVERTY training materials and courses (in English and national languages), including:- Energy renovation and retrofit strategies
- Stakeholder engagement and renovation roadmap co-design processes
Available to all applicants.
- Networking Meetings*
Online sessions to meet other stakeholders working on similar challenges and exchange practices, solutions, and contacts.- Organised at EU level for all applicants in English
- Also organised at national level if there are 3 or more applicants from the same country.
(Subject to availability – language support may vary. The languages offered will be: Italian, Spanish, Catalan Croatian, Hungarian, Portuguese, Estonian, Slovenian and English).
*The number of Networking Meetings will be announced after the end of the application phase.
- Webinars on Rural Residential Renovation Solutions*
Thematic webinars, available at EU level and, when possible, at national level, presenting:- The REERs (Rural Energy Efficiency Roadmaps)
- Financial resources and tools for energy renovation
- Methods for community and stakeholder engagement
*The number of Webinars will be announced after the end of the application phase.
- Personalised Mentorship
A maximum of 2 individual meetings with an expert will be organized, during which the points described in theapplication form [MO1] will be analyzed in detail. It is important that these points are described as clearly and completely as possible, in order to allow support that is targeted to the specific needs of the project or local challenge.The objective is to offer a direct and personalized meeting with an expert to address critical issues of on ongoing or future project, clarify doubts and strengthen the project.This will lead to an improvement in the proposed strategies and solutions and a greater awareness of strengths and areas to be developed.
