The ENSMOV Plus Webinar on “Bridging Energy Savings Obligations and Social Climate Plans: Tackling Energy Poverty and Consumer Vulnerability in Member States” took place 9th April 2025.
This webinar provided experience from NECPs’ development in Croatia, Lithuania and Slovenia, and how these plans relate to ensure fairness in the achievement of energy savings, as required by the new Energy Efficiency Directive.
